Kendahl Stein
Director of Business Development
Kendahl oversees Sales and Marketing for the firm. These responsibilities range from new client procurement, client services and retention, as well as branding and visibility for the firm in San Diego, Orange County, Inland Empire and Coachella Valley.
Kendahl brings over 15 years of sales and Business Development experience to Flanagan Law and thrives in developing diverse networks based on trust, feedback and accountability.
Outside of HOA Law, Kendahl is passionate about being an animal rescue parent to two horses and two cats.
Professional Memberships and Recognition
Kendahl is an active member of CAI (California Associations Institute) in San Diego, Orange County, Inland Empire and Coachella Valley and is a 2024 Nominee for San Diego CAI’s Business Partner, Rising Star Award. Kendahl also serves on the Orange County Programs Committee along with the Outreach Committee for San Diego. She is also deeply involved in CACM (California Association of Community Managers) in Southern California.
