HOA board members are volunteers from all walks of life. No matter whether you are a new board member or have years of experience, ongoing education is vital to your association’s success. Board members have a fiduciary duty to make decisions in the best interests of the Association. Board training will assist with the Board’s understanding of its fiduciary duties and responsibilities to the community association.
Flanagan Law, APC offers a variety of programs to provide ongoing education and training to HOA board members. Tim Flanagan has trained hundreds of community managers and Boards of Directors over his 15 year career. He is a regular panelist with the California Association of Community Managers (“CACM”), and will be serving as an adjunct professor at California State University - Fullerton in the Fall of 2021. Tim has also presented at the Community Associations Institute (“CAI”) National Law Seminar for more than 500 HOA attorneys from across the country.
